Shopping Information

  • 1. How do I place an order?

    1. First you need to register for a decorget website account, if you already have one, please login first!
    2. Browse our categories or use the search bar to find the items you want.
    3. Select the product(s) and choose any applicable options (size, color, etc.).
    4. Add the items to your shopping cart.
    5. When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
    6. Enter your shipping information and payment details to complete the order.

    You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details once it's placed.

  • 2. How much is shipping and how long will it take?

    we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees will vary depending on the destination. Free shipping is also available for some countries and regions.  You can check the available shipping options during the checkout process. If your area is not in our shipping coverage, you can also see when you order, in this case, please contact our customer service in advance to get the relevant information. Shipping time usually takes 3-12 business days

  • 3. How long will it take to get my package?

    • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
    • Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping can take anywhere from 3-12 business days for domestic orders. 

    You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

  • 4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • 5. What is an order number, shipment number, invoice number, and tracking number?

    Shipment number is usually used to check the name and quantity of an item shipped on our website.
